As Shamrock Civil has grown our management systems have evolved to meet the challenges associated with increased project complexity and the management responsibilities of being a head contractor. Our systems have been certified as meeting the requirements of the following standards:

  • AS/NZS 4801:2001 Occupational Health and Safety Systems
  • OFSC Accreditation
  • AS/NZS ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems
  • AS/NZS ISO 14001:2015 Environmental Management Systems

Shamrock Civil has a strong commitment to ensuring we provide a healthy and safe work environment to our employees and to others affected by our operations. We have demonstrated that we are operating a health and safety management system that follows best practice and punches well above our weight. This has been validated by the Office of the Federal Safety Commissioner, who reaccredited Shamrock Civil as continuing to meet the requirements of the Australian Governments Building and Construction WHS Accreditation Scheme.

Continuous improvement processes are utilised to advance the integration of our systems so that similar processes are more efficiently managed and executed without duplication. Integrated organisational management plans, procedures, standardised forms and records are utilised to ensure that, at every level of the organisation, we remain committed to:
