Shamrock Civil Engineering was contracted by Townsville Airport Pty Ltd to extend Meenan St. The project sought to connect Meenan street with John Melton Black Drive, upgrade and modify the current John Melton Black Drive, upgrade and modify the existing gantry sign, close and modify Halifax Street, complete two large pads, and finish by landscaping and irrigating.
