Lefthand Branch Road

Shamrock Civil were contracted for the restoration and betterment of Assets within the Lockyer Valley Regional Council Area. This project comprised of the construction of flood ways and scour protection for bridges and roadworks and associated roadworks re-construction on Left Hand Branch Road and Zone 4 (Reibsten Gully Road, Blenheim Road, Dyer Street, Mt Berryman Road and Schluer Road).

Scope of Works:

• Traffic Management
• Drainage works including damaged drainage structures removal / demolition, reinstatement of subsurface drainage, construction of protective treatments / rock protection, installation of pipe and box culverts
• Demolition and removal of damaged concrete slabs and batter protection
• Road Furniture including removal, demolition, re-erection, supply and installation of new road furniture
• Earthworks including preparation, excavation, subgrade and backfill
• Placement, compaction and trimming of unbound Pavements and stabilised pavements
• Application of sprayed bituminous surfacing
• Construction of concrete pavements
