Providing all our stakeholders internally and externally with the ability to proactively participate in all developments and decision making in relation to health and safety on our projects has also further cemented our positive safety culture within Shamrock Civil. This is underpinned by our internal ‘Safety for Life’ program where the focus on individual and company needs and wants collide in a very positive way where everyone is aligned to the same outcome to ultimately remain safe for the moments that truly matter.
We ensure our initiatives empower our people to have a voice and get involved and these initiatives are always developed to comply with Work Health and Safety legislation within each region that we work in.
