Stakeholder engagement

- Activities included regular stakeholder engagement and prior notification for all construction activities, including changes affecting any business accesses.
- Over 200 stakeholder interactions were recorded including a fortnightly email to local stakeholders, attendance at the quarterly retailers meetings, shopping centre displays and regular face-to-face meetings with local businesses.
- Shamrock Civil worked closely with Gladstone Regional Council officers to ensure water impacts to local residents and businesses were kept to a minimum and were completed in a timely manner.
