Project Complications & Achievements

At the request of Cleanaway, Shamrock Civil accelerated the construction program multiple times, with tight deadlines successfully met. Shamrock Civil also provided works and services in other areas of the site to assist operations and help improve the site. Shamrock Civil commenced the Early Works package (rock breaking) for the next cell, while still completing Cell 4A utilising the same project management team. Shamrock Civil successfully delivered this project with zero LTIs or environmental issues.
