Initial site works involved the construction of the project carpark, lay down areas, precast yard and compound areas. Works also included the earthworks, pavements and piling pads to the CSPIF and PLBTF facilities. Supply, install and test of in-ground services for the induction center and main site compound (water, sewer, power) completed the project.

Project Complications & Achievements

This project was delivered on time and defect free. We had the flexibility to undertake additional works while maintaining the program target. Our ongoing communications with Laing O’Rourke were key to maintaining site access for other trades.
